🟢 The Beginning: When Vision Met Opportunity
In the middle of November, I received a message from the Kallitous digital agency team. Known for their creativity and tech-forward approach, they had a solid reputation — but their website didn’t reflect that. It was functional, yes, but visually outdated and far from what you’d expect from a modern digital agency.
Their words were simple, but carried weight:
“We want a website that matches our ambition. Can you help us redesign everything from scratch?”
That’s when the real journey began.
✏️ Laying the Groundwork – Reimagining the Digital Blueprint
On 15th November, I officially took over the project. The challenge was clear: complete a full-scale redesign within just 9 days. Not just a fresh coat of paint — but a complete reimagining of the site, its structure, and its marketing engine.
I chose to work with WordPress, tailoring the backend experience for flexibility and growth. I didn’t rely on pre-built templates. Every element — from headers to footers — was crafted custom, keeping performance and brand identity in focus.
🔧 Building the Framework: Design Meets Functionality
I began with structuring the core layout. The homepage was designed to instantly capture attention — bold hero images, smooth animation on scroll, and intuitive navigation. Then I moved on to the supporting sections:
- Dedicated Service Pages: Each service Kallitous offered got its own page, clearly defined with icons, structured blocks, and conversion-focused copy areas.
- Pricing Tiers: A flexible, clean pricing layout made it easy for clients to compare packages and take action.
- Portfolio Gallery with Video Carousels: I developed a fluid visual portfolio system that allowed the Kallitous team to showcase their past work with both imagery and videos. Everything was responsive and light, offering a seamless experience across devices.
- Animations and Interactions: Micro-interactions were embedded throughout — hover effects, button transitions, and scroll-based reveals — creating a modern and engaging UX.
But the frontend was only half the story.
💡 Adding Real Business Value: Marketing System Setup
Kallitous didn’t just want a beautiful website — they wanted one that worked for them. I built out a marketing-ready system directly into their WordPress environment.
Here’s what I implemented:
- Multiple Lead Capture Forms: Depending on the context — service inquiry, newsletter signup, contact request, or project quote — different forms were integrated across the site. These weren’t just static; each form was smart, responsive, and contextually placed to improve conversion.
- Tag-Based Contact System: Behind the scenes, every form submission was routed to a segmented contact system. I built custom tagging based on form type, service interest, or user behaviour. This gave the Kallitous team better control of their lead data and enabled personalized outreach.
- Automated Follow-Up Workflows: After a form was submitted, the backend automatically triggered a sequence — such as sending a thank-you message, notifying the internal team, and assigning tags to prepare the contact for future email campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: I set up backend tracking systems to monitor which forms were performing best and where users were dropping off, helping the team fine-tune their strategy over time.
The result? A marketing infrastructure that runs smoothly in the background, nurturing leads while the agency focuses on doing what they do best.
🤝 Communication & Feedback
Throughout the 9-day sprint, I stayed in constant communication with the Kallitous team. We worked in short review cycles, with quick feedback loops, allowing us to move fast while staying aligned. They were impressed not just by the pace of delivery, but by the strategic decisions that guided every build.

✨ Polishing the Final Experience
As we approached the finish line, I didn’t stop at just “done.” I fine-tuned every visual detail: spacing, colour contrast, responsiveness across screens, and accessibility touchpoints. I added a smart, interactive testimonial slider, refined the contact section with instant alerts, and made sure the entire site loaded fast — because performance matters.
I also added a subtle but effective sticky navigation, back-to-top functionality, and a custom-designed 404 page with a branded twist — little touches that elevate the overall experience without being noticed until they’re needed.
🏁 The Outcome
On 24th November 2024, the redesigned Kallitous website went live.
In just 9 days, we transformed an outdated platform into a sleek, responsive, conversion-friendly digital space — fully custom, performance-optimized, and powered by smart marketing features under the hood.
This wasn’t just a web redesign. It was a full brand evolution in digital form.
